We stand by our products and will work with you to ensure you are a satisfied customer!
We accept returns of products unused or unworn.
We do not accept returns if the product has been altered from original state as sold.

*If by chance the jump rope cable you ordered is not the appropriate length for you… Contact us!
We will provide a free, one-time exchange of the cable as long as the cable is still new.
Simply remove the cable from the handles and ship to:

(USPS First Class Mail seems to be the most affordable). 
Please send with a note stating the correct length you need replaced and we will ship it back to you at no charge.

If an item is returned, the cost of the item is refunded but not the initial shipping charge.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
