Mute Split Ropes Adaptive Jump Rope Triplet
WITH GRIP ASSIST CALF, BULL & BUFFALO
Mute® Sports manufactures The Split Ropes™ in our shop in North Georgia.
You will receive THREE PAIR of SPLIT ROPES WITH GRIP ASSIST:
The Lighter CALF Version weighs about 4 ounces per side (plus 4 ounces for the handle)
The heavier BULL Version that weighs about 8 ounces per side (plus 4 ounces for the handle)
The super heavy BUFFALO Version weighs about 1 pound per side (plus 4 ounces for the handle)
PLEASE NOTE: The Buffalo Grip Assist still requires a little bit of grip from the athlete. The Buffalo weighs about 1 pound per side and the weight of the rope going around could cause it to slip out of your hand if you do not have a little bit of grip.
You can choose your handle colors. Please let us know at checkout if you would like other handle colors (you can have all six handles a different color if you like!).

The handle is beefier weighing in at 4 ounces (vs. our standard jump rope handle is 3 ounces) and has a hefty attachment to withstand the weight of the rope.
Mute Sports began manufacturing The Split Ropes in February, 2017 and have been improving and adding new varieties and weights since then. Please see our home page for details on how we began making them.
The ropes are a resin impregnated poly for extreme durability and long life. The end has an abrasion resistant sleeve for longer rope life. The ropes are not metal.
Mute Split Ropes™ are for anyone! They are a seated jump rope.
Some examples of people who are currently using these ropes are: wheelchair users, functional fitness, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, quadriplegic, wheelchair fitness, paraplegic, geriatric, obese, arthritic, back and foot pain/surgery/broken bones and for therapy.
