The BULL Version weighs about 8 ounces per side plus 4 ounces for the handle.
Split Ropes are a seated version of a jump rope. They are for anyone!
Mute Sports began manufacturing The Split Ropes in February, 2017 and have been improving and adding new varieties and weights since then. Please see our home page for details on how we began making them.
Some examples of people who are currently using these adaptive jump ropes are: wheelchair users, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, quadriplegic, paraplegic, geriatric, obese, arthritic, back and foot pain/surgery/broken bones and for therapy.
You will receive one PAIR of ropes as pictured and you choose handle colors.
Please let us know at checkout if you would like two different handle colors.
These Split Ropes™ will give you similar benefits to jumping rope such as work your cardiovascular system, shoulders, grip, forearm, and core. It is also a great tool for balance, coordination, and stability. It is a great warm up tool as well!
They need to hit the ground as to feel the resistance which causes the engagement of the core muscles and to maintain stability.

The handle is beefier weighing in at 4 ounces and has a hefty attachment to withstand the weight of the rope.
The Bull Rope is salmon color resin impregnated poly rope for extreme durability and long life. The end has an abrasion resistant sleeve for longer rope life. This rope is not metal.
It is a must to hold the rope handle with a tight, full grip.
