This unique competition will incorporate adaptive movements into all the workouts for all athletes!
WOD #1: “Waterfall”
90 seconds each station
30 second transition
Station 1: Max calories on the air bike – athlete chooses only arms or only legs.
Station 2: Split Ropes or One Arm Bar Jump Rope for single arm athletes.
Station 3: Kettlebell Shoulder to Overhead
Station 4: Wallballs
WOD #2: “Hoss”
20 minute time cap
1 mile run or wheel
Sled push down and and sled pull back
WOD #3: “Grace”
30 clean & jerk for time
(athlete chooses the weight)
