Be Brave and Tackle Nutrition

Be brave and tackle nutrition! You have made the decision to get fit. You found the right gym to attend, bought those perfect pair of tennis shoes, found your favorite gym shorts on sale and even purchased your Mute® Sports Equipment custom jump rope. But, you haven’t seen the results you really were hoping for. They say that 80% of your results comesfrom what you eat. Be brave and tackle nutrition. The internet can be very intimidating by searching about Paleo and other ways of eating. An easy suggestion is to eat clean. Clean eating consists of eating meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no refined or artificial sugar. Keep it simple such asnothing boxed or artificial. It’s not a diet, it is a way of life. The word “diet” can seem temporary, but if you eat this way all the time, it becomes a way of life. Meals do not have to be extravagant orfancy, just simple meats and veggies. However, Pinterest is a handy cookbook tool. You don’t have to count calories if you eat clean. Sometimes in life, we make things so much more difficult than it needsto be. It’s like becoming a Christian. It’s very simple…get to know Christ through reading yourbible and through prayer. Accept Him for Who He is, talk to Him and ask Him to lead your life. It’s the best decision you will ever make. I talk to Jesus all the time. I ask for courage during working out at CrossFit Murphy, to pick up the weights and make it through the WOD. I ask Him to distract me when things like sugar and junk food are calling my name. Through prayer and eating clean, you will really see the results you have always wanted!
